Gallery Hoogenbosch is located in a former secondary school since 1990. It has the disposal of over 300 square metres of exhibition space with a department of Asian and tribal art from South-East Asia and a department of modern art. We offer a wide collection of tribal and Asian art which for the greater part has been purchased by us in South-East Asia. Besides we also like to buy good art-objects from private owners. We are specialized in tribal art of peoples from the "golden triangle", especially the Yao and the Akha. Besides the collection of South-East Asian art we have increasingly specialized the latter years in tomb-ceramics from China, mainly Han and Tang. We guarantee the authenticity of our art-objects. In the department of modern art, with about seven varying exhibitions a year and a large stock, you'll find work of prominent artists who don't represent a certain movement, but who can best be characterized as "individuals".
